Consultation Session Fees:
Payment can be made by cash or cheque or paypal through an invoice where you can use your credit card.
Receipts will be issued at each session for use at income tax time. Additional receipts are not provided at the end of the year so please keep your receipts.
Initial consultation: $150.00 (1 to 1.5 hours, includes 2 part DVD + CD with worksheets for the
Seven Steps to Improved Well-being plan
(includes email follow-up responses to questions and concerns).
+ $45.00 per each additional 1/2 hour.
Follow up sessions:
$50.00 (up to 1/2 hour) + $45 for each additional 1/2 hour
Please complete a previsit checklist and intake record prior to your appointment and bring it with you.

Send in hair (undyed) and nail (finger and toe) samples. Please keep each separate in a plain unbleached envelope. Write your name on each and include your email and telephone number.
