Consultation Session Fees:
Payment can be made by cash or cheque or paypal through an invoice where you can use your credit card.
Receipts will be issued at each session for use at income tax time. Additional receipts are not provided at the end of the year so please keep your receipts.
Initial consultation: $150.00 (1 to 1.5 hours, includes 2 part DVD + CD with worksheets for the
Seven Steps to Improved Well-being plan
+ $45.00 per each additional 1/2 hour.
Follow up sessions:
$50.00 (up to 1/2 hour) + $45 for each additional 1/2 hour
Email/telephone Consult: Personalized well-being assessment after reviewing your completed Exposure History (www.ocfp.on.ca/local/files/EHC/Exposure%20Hx%20Forms%2010Feb2004.pdf). Includes detoxification plans and dietary/nutrient assessments/plans and customized visualizations for improved well-being. Initial $100. $50.00/ 1/2 hour (minimum) in person or by telephone or email, (you will be invoiced through paypal before the telephone call or reply where you can pay with your credit card). Payments can also be made by email transfer.
Well-being intervention makeover day for you and your home $500.00.
